‘When Life Gives you Lemons, Make Lemonade….’
What do you think of when you hear this expression? For me it has always signified positive change, refreshment, homeliness and a little bit of zing!
I forged my career in residential architecture at a number of design-led architects firms in London and the home counties, including most recently 6 years at Concept 8 Architects in Weybridge. I started Lemonade Architects to balance my love of architecture with my lovely family. I have 3 children under 10 and bring this experience of family living into my approach to architecture, be it consideration of endless storage requirements, visually connecting spaces or providing areas for retreat from the hustle and bustle. By interrogating the clients brief, I endeavour to provide fresh and vibrant designs that positively transform homes.
I have spent a number of years working in Surrey, I as such I am well versed in local planning policy including the surrounding boroughs of Elmbridge, Mole Valley, Runnymede, Woking and Guildford.
